We at theCCRE regard the UPCR (Uniform Procedures for Collision Repair)  project to be a vital and necessary effort. We are troubled by the  recent decision to "Shelve" this project. The lack of ongoing efforts to further develop UPCR notwithstanding, there are portions of UPCR which  are currently available On-Line.
